My name is Arjan Tamang, founder of Alpha Jet Production. I was born in a small refugee camp in Nepal and moved to the United States at the age of eleven. Despite facing cultural, language, and economic barriers, I’m grateful for the support my family received throughout our journey. After graduating from the University of Charlotte with a degree in finance and a minor in management information systems, I began my career as an investment accountant. However, a recent visit to my homeland reignited my passion to create opportunities, which led me to found Alpha Jet Production. My goal is to help small businesses thrive while giving back and empowering others.

My name is Pin Nie. I was born in China and moved to Charlotte, NC, at a young age. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, I realized there was something more for me beyond the traditional career path. When Arjan shared his vision for Alpha Jet Production, I knew it was the perfect opportunity to embark on a new adventure. With a natural ability to connect with people, I specialize in the sales department, bringing both humor and personality to the table.
